Grazing Tables & Custom Orders

At The Vine & Branch, every charcuterie order is handcrafted using fresh, perishable ingredients and made specifically for each customer. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Returns

• All sales are final.
• Charcuterie boards, boxes, cups, trays, and other food products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been received or picked up.
• We do not accept returns on perishable food items for health and safety reasons.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery may be eligible for a refund or store credit, at the discretion of The Vine & Branch.
• Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable.

Order Issues

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can review it promptly. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to resolve verified issues.
